About The Founder

At the age of nine, Wynesia Dickerson accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. From then to now, God is growing her faith and using her gifts to advance the Kingdom of God. Wynesia is a graduate of DePauw University (B.A. Sociology) and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.). She has served the local church for over 18 years including employment at Eastern Star Church, Ministry Architects, and Urban Ministries, Inc. Currently, she is on staff at the Center for Congregations as the Director of Staff and Grants Administrator for their new division, Congregations with Community.

Wynesia is passionate about faith formation. She most enjoys writing, teaching, and developing leaders. In 2018, she founded Christlike Life Ministries where she helps believers connect the dots of their faith so they can live Christlike lives with wisdom, intention, and joy. In 2022, she wrote her first book, a six-week devotional on the Fruit of the Spirit, entitled Refueling Your Faith: Daily Encouragement for a Spirit-filled Life. The 2nd edition of this book is now available on Amazon.

Wynesia is a member of a local church in Indianapolis, IN where she serves as a small group leader and a prayer counselor. She also serves as a volunteer chaplain for the Indiana Fever.
